In the wake of the Windrush scandal, the last two weeks has seen increasing pressure exerted on the government to answer for their “racist” immigration policies and targets.

Last night, Amber Rudd, resigned over the scandal after leaks of immigration targets were emailed to various department heads and the Prime Minister, after subsequently denying their existence.

MPACUK spokesperson, Imran Shah, said:

“It’s very clear that Amber Rudd took the fall for the architect of those racist policies, Theresa May. It makes sense that the current draconian targets came from our Prime Minister too.

Ironically, whilst the media is awash with how Corbyn is a threat to the UK and apparently a raving anti-Semite, nothing is being said of a racist, Islamophobic and classist Prime Minister that has systematically targeted and oppressed every minority and vulnerable group. Theresa May should resign.”
