The Hate Speaker had to go

She used the term ‘Pakistani Grooming Gang’ when it is very well known that this heinous crime is perpetrated by people of all backgrounds.  In UK, it is mostly perpetrated by white males.  Suella Braverman brought up this topic and falsely pointed the finger at the Pakistani community in this country, when elderly Muslim men were attacked during Ramadan 2023 in the cities of England.  Not surprisingly, Braverman didn’t even utter a whisper about that.

If you thought that her intention was to protect vulnerable underaged girls in this country from violent predators, ask yourself why didn’t she mention any other perpetrators.

After that complete mess-up, she suggested that the hundreds of thousands marching through London, demanding a ceasefire, was a ‘Hate March’.  Not only did she have no proof that the majority of the people taking part in the march were promoting any kind of hate, she also accused the Metropolitan Police of double standards.  Again no proof.

If that wasn’t enough, she continued with her blunders and suggested that being homeless, and living in a tent, away from electricity and running water, was a lifestyle choice.  What complete utter nonsense.  It wouldn’t be a lie to say that millions of people in this country are feeling the effects of the rise in the cost of living, and millions are having to resort to food banks just to feed their families. Their full time annual salary just isn’t enough to see them through.  Many would rightly blame austerity cuts which this government has been at the forefront of.

One mistake after another, she was becoming an embarrassment and she had to go.  Even for Rishi Sunak, with his many mistakes, she was an embarrassment.

If she wants to make a lifestyle choice, she is very welcome to move to Rwanda.  Many Brits would celebrate it as a dream come true if she went to Rwanda and didn’t come back.
