Apparently, these virtuous fans were only “innocently sightseeing” in Amsterdam, practicing their traditional chants of “Death to all Arabs” and “There are no schools in Gaza because all the kids are dead,” a heartfelt expression of their, uh, culture. The spin machine is real, folks, with governments and media uniting in a glorious chorus to convince the world of these hooligans’ heroic innocence.

Meanwhile, where were the Dutch police? Where were the authorities as Israel’s faithful gave Amsterdam’s architecture a free makeover? Apparently, standing aside, probably admiring the passion of these spirited tourists as they remodelled the streets. But hey, maybe we’re all just overreacting, right? After all, Israeli fans were simply sharing their unique brand of nationalism in their quest to see every Palestinian flag in the city repurposed as a souvenir.
The absence of police intervention when racist hooligans chanted vile slurs in Amsterdam raises serious concerns about the state’s commitment to protecting its citizens from hate-fuelled aggression. When authorities do not act against such blatant hostility, it can seem as though they are implicitly endorsing or tolerating this behaviour. This perceived tolerance not only emboldens those who spread racist ideologies but also perpetuates an environment of hostility and fear. The double standard is stark: if the roles were reversed, and Pro-Palestinian groups were involved in similarly disruptive actions, the media and political commentators would likely seize on the opportunity to vilify them, subjecting them to intense scrutiny and condemnation. Such selective enforcement and portrayal in the media reveal an uncomfortable bias, suggesting that the state and the press may be more lenient towards aggression from certain groups, while Pro-Palestinian activism is routinely dragged through the mud. This disparity undermines public trust in both institutions and raises critical questions about equality, justice, and the state’s true stance on its loyalty to Zionism and aggression.
And for anyone in the West concerned about Muslims – that is, ordinary citizens are they safe when such expressions of culture go unpunished? It’s an open question, especially as Zionist state-backed ultras march through foreign cities leaving broken glass and busted doors in their wake. And Antony Blinken, ever the stoic diplomat, assured the world that these poor Israel’s supporters faced “unjust treatment” as they innocently incited mayhem across Amsterdam. Evidently, glass-breaking, flag-ripping, and threats shouted through bullhorns are all part of a charming cultural exchange.

Meanwhile, the media elite plays along like a masterfully conducted symphony. International journalists and pundits each with their own allegiance to the official Zionist narrative—echo Netanyahu’s warning that these scenes of “unprovoked hatred” signify an antisemitism crisis sweeping Europe.

And while Russia is slapped with a sports ban for its invasion of Ukraine, there are no such restrictions for Israel. Western officials are, apparently, far too busy curating a selective outrage playlist, ignoring that growing chorus from BDS and beyond that Israel’s violent antics deserve a similar penalty. So, for now, Israel’s fans can roam freely, redecorating European cities as they go.

But the absurdity doesn’t stop there. Every major Western outlet—CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, the NYTimes, and the Washington Post—repeats the mantra in perfect harmony: Israeli hooligans were “victims”, and anyone daring to question this? Probably an antisemite.

Western leaders and journalists alike appear committed to one thing above all else: upholding the myth of Zionist perpetual innocence, while anyone suggesting otherwise must navigate the twisted maze of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s catch-all antisemitism guidelines.
