A YouGov poll found almost half of Tories believed in the myth of no-go zones where “non-Muslims are not able to enter” and 39% thought Islamist terror attacks “reflected widespread hostility to Britain among the Muslim community”.

43% of members also agreed with the statement that: “I would prefer to not have the country led by a Muslim.”

In addition, fewer than one in 10 members thought Islamophobia was an issue in the party, while almost 80% denied there was a problem.

This is hard proof that the Tory party is institutionally Islamophobic and are in complete denial of the problem.

Muslims have the power to decide the MP in at least 30 marginal seats, many of them are currently held in by the Tories. That is enough to decide a government.

They need our vote and when the next General Election comes, we should be ready to use it give them and other parties the message that we matter and our demands of freedom and equality.
