Tauqir “Tox” Sharif is a well known charity aid worker, who has travelled to Syria multiple times for charity relief activity.

The UK Home Office stripped him of his citizenship, leaving him stateless. This is an illegal act by the UK government under International Law.

Tauqir has made legal appeals from outside of the country, but this was fallen on deaf ears. No justification has been made by the Home Office.

It’s clear that Tauqir has been targeted because he is a brown bearded Muslim man. If he was a white, this would never have happened to him.

If this can happen to someone like Tauqir to can happen to any one of us. By defending Tauqir we defend all of us.
